Light Blue Web Template with Tabs

This Light Blue Web Template with Tabs is a starter web interface template framework that uses top tabs. This download contains a modifiable template that can be used as the web interface or a full web site. The top tabs provide the ability to stack your links in a row at the top of each page. You simply duplicate tabs to create more links. While this isn't my favorite template, I see some potential with modification.
